2/11 Worship- Call to Face Death

Mark 16:1-8. Perhaps the most challenging thing for Mary, Mary, and Salome (in today’s passage) after having had to experience the death of Jesus was to have to face it yet again by going to the tomb where his body was needing to be prepared. However, these three women were willing to get face-to-face with the reality of death and in doing so, find new life was happening.

Death is a part of life and one we avoid facing if we can. We will look at the calling that led Mary, Mary, and Salome to face it head on.
