Luke 24:13-35. When the church scatters in the world, there are surprising moments on the road when we encounter Jesus. What marks those encounters? Where should we look for these meet-ups? Luke 15:3-7. As we continue talking about God’s vision for our future, we take a look at a parable Jesus tells about a lot sheep. What new things can we learn about God and ourselves in this obvious and not-so-obvious story of seeking what is lost?
Luke 14.15-24. This week we continue our vision series with a look at the story of the Great Banquet. This plays right into who we are at Saint James, people who eat food together whenever we get a chance! What does eating food, celebration, and invitation have to do with being church? We’ll talk about it Sunday.
